Medical Disclaimer
Please read this disclaimer carefully so you understand exactly what our telehealth evaluations do — and do not — provide.

1. Not for Emergencies
Our services are not designed for medical or psychiatric emergencies. If you are experiencing a crisis or having thoughts of self-harm, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or go to your nearest emergency room immediately.
2. Telehealth Limitations
Telehealth evaluations have inherent limitations compared to in-person care. Your physician will determine, based on clinical judgment, whether a telehealth visit is appropriate for your situation and whether an in-person referral is needed.
3. Physician-Patient Relationship
Completing a visit with one of our physicians establishes a limited physician-patient relationship for the purpose of your ESA or PSD evaluation. It does not replace an ongoing relationship with a primary care physician or mental health provider, and we encourage you to maintain regular care with your own providers.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
Whether a letter is issued is determined solely by the evaluating physician's clinical judgment. We cannot guarantee approval, and we cannot guarantee that any specific landlord, airline, or institution will accept a letter, as some retain limited discretion under applicable law.
5. Accuracy of Information You Provide
Our physicians rely on the information you provide during your evaluation. Inaccurate or incomplete information may affect the physician's clinical judgment and the validity of any letter issued.
6. State-Specific Requirements
Some states, including Florida under Statute 760.27, have specific requirements for who may issue ESA documentation and how. Our evaluation process is designed to meet these requirements, but laws vary and change over time.
7. Consult Your Own Providers
This disclaimer does not replace individualized medical advice. Always consult your own physician or mental health provider about your specific health needs and treatment plan.

What Our Patients Are Saying
“I was nervous my dog wouldn't qualify, but Dr. Brooks listened to everything about my PTSD and never made me feel rushed. Support even followed up a few weeks later just to make sure everything had gone smoothly with my landlord.”
“After flying home for the holidays, I needed real documentation fast, and the visit with Dr. Chen felt like an actual medical appointment, not a rubber stamp. It finally feels like my small dog is officially recognized as part of my care, not just a pet.”
“I'd tried a cheaper site before and got a letter no one accepted. This time, working with Dr. Park on my chronic stress, it just worked. The letter arrived within two days and my landlord accepted it without a single follow-up question.”
“My corgi has helped my panic attacks for years, but I never had it in writing until Dr. Patel took the time to do a proper evaluation. The whole thing, from scheduling to receiving the PDF, took less than 48 hours.”
“I was skeptical about telehealth for something this important, but Dr. Lee asked thoughtful questions about my anxiety the whole time. For the first time, I didn't have to explain my anxiety to a stranger at the leasing office myself.”
“Between work and an argument with my building's front office, I barely had time to breathe, and Dr. Bennett still made the appointment feel unhurried and personal. It's been three months now and my rescue cat and I finally feel settled in our new place.”
